Change of Module/Subject

All ongoing students may amend/change their module selection within a programme in MyStudentAdmin until Friday, 19 September.

All incoming undergraduate First Year students (excluding Arts) can make change of module/subject in MyStudentAdmin until Friday, 26 September.

All First Year Arts students can make a Change of Module/Subject until Friday, 10 October. After the deadlines have passed requests for a Change of Module amendment must be submitted by UCC STAFF members using the Change of Module Form.

Semester 1 modules cannot be changed in Semester 2.

Programme Registration 2025-26

Online registration is opened by programme according to the Ongoing Registration  webpage.

You will receive an email to your University email account telling you when your registration has been opened according to the Registration Notification Schedule. Please wait until you receive the email before logging in to register. If you had Autumn repeat exams, you must allow at least 7 working days after the release of your Autumn results before registering. You will receive a registration email once you are eligible to register online. At that point, you can complete your registration via MyStudentAdmin.

When you complete online registration for the current academic year, you will be registered automatically for any compulsory modules and will be able to select any optional modules. Please note, you must fulfil the programme requirements as outlined in the Academic Programme Catalogue.
